Register for the Forum

Things to Know Before Registering

  • All presenters must register for the Forum. Presentation/Symposium/Workshop acceptance still requires registration for all presenters in a session.

  • Registration will remain open until the below described attendance cap is met. Registration provides full access to all content at the 2026 Forum. Registration also includes lunch on April 15-16, snack/coffee breaks, and food and beverage at the Forum reception.

  • Given the available event space, we are employing an attendance cap of 300 registrants. For this reason, earlier registration is encouraged when possible.

  • On-site registration may be available, though on-site registrants must pay by card.

  • Refunds are no longer available as of March 9th. After this date, no refunds will be issued. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used at time of registration. If you become unable to attend after this date, you may transfer your registration to another participant from your organization by contacting us at sccrfinfo@gmail.com.

  • SCCRF is offering limited travel support for this year’s Forum. To apply, complete an application here. Travel support will be issued subject to the availability of funds. Applicants are encouraged to apply early.

Donate to The Impact Guild’s Climate Ready Neighborhoods Initiative

We believe in not only putting together a remarkable conference, but in making a lasting contribution in our host cities. The Forum is not only a place to gather, but a place to give back and demonstrate what it really means to support local community-driven climate resilience.

This year, our local resilience partner is San Antonio's Impact Guild and their Climate Ready Neighborhoods Initiative. Donations raised through SCCRF 2026 will directly support the Initiative, which connects residents to the tools, training, and resources they need to prepare for extreme heat, flooding, and other weather-and climate-related challenges. Through trusted community partners and welcoming spaces known as Neighborhood PODs, this growing network delivers climate resilience information, hands-on workshops, and access to emergency preparedness resources—right where neighbors live and gather.

When you register for the Forum, please consider adding a donation for the Impact Guild. Together, we can make a lasting impact, ensuring that neighborhoods across San Antonio have the knowledge to adapt and the support to make resilience a reality.
