Hotel Block

We have worked diligently on behalf of attendees by negotiating a favorable rate with the host hotel. We kindly encourage you to benefit from the group block by choosing to stay at the La Quinta Inn & Suites San Antonio Riverwalk, where the 2026 SCCRF will be hosted. Rooms are available at the GSA rate of $137 per night, plus applicable taxes and fees. Individuals will be responsible for payment. Dates available to reserve on the block range from Tuesday, April 14th, 2026 through Saturday, April 18th, 2026. The Forum is currently expected to conclude at or before 1 pm CDT on Friday, April 17th.

Reservations must be made via online booking link by 03/31/2026. Individual room reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the reservation arrival date.

NOTE: The Forum does not use a third party hotel reservations firm. If you are contacted, please do not use their services.
