  • SCCRF strives to bring together representatives from non-profit organizations, all levels of government, community groups, the private sector, and academia from Arkansas, Kansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Texas. We also strongly encourage participation from smaller, rural community leaders, and participants who work closely with underserved communities in our region. Students are welcome and encouraged to attend as well. We hope to see you all in Dallas!

  • Ensure you remain well-informed about the Forum by subscribing to our mailing list. By doing so, you will regularly receive updates and pertinent information leading up to the event.

  • Yes, hotel blocks at a reduced (GSA) rate close March 1st. Check out the About tab - Where to Stay to book your room.

  • Early bird registration closed February 16, 2024. See the registration page for regular rates and the registration form. All presenters and attendees must register.

  • After March 1st, no refunds will be accepted. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used at time of registration. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration with another participant from your organization by contacting us at sccrfinfo@gmail.com.

  • SCCRF is an in-person event, and will not include virtual components at this time. Please note that some Forum materials, resources, and other items will be included on our website.

  • While we cannot yet determine the exact number of people, we currently anticipate between 200-300 attendees for the event.

  • Lunch will be provided on Days 1 and 2, and snack breaks and coffee will be provided throughout the Forum. Dinner will be on your own.

  • We are exploring the possibility of providing travel support to those who need assistance. Further information regarding travel support will be provided soon.
